A Note Before We Begin

You already have
what it takes.
We're just going
to unlock it.

Tracy saw something in you at Lifting Your Voice. The confidence, the intelligence, the presence — it's already there. What this program does is give it language, shape, and strategy so you can access it on command, especially in the rooms that matter most.

Session 1 is about getting honest with yourself. Where are you right now? Where do you want to be? What gets in the way? There are no wrong answers here — only starting points.

Before Friday, take some time with the page below. You don't have to have it all figured out. Just show up with your honest truth, and Tracy will meet you there.

Session 1 Focus
Goals, Gravitas & Confidence

Tracy will work with you to define what executive presence means specifically for you — your goals, your blockers, and the version of yourself you're building toward. You'll leave with clarity and a clear foundation for the sessions ahead.

How to Prepare

Complete everything below before your session. Your goals, your reflection answers, and your 60-second video all go directly to Tracy so she arrives on Friday fully prepared for you.

What Session 1 Looks Like

How Tracy works
with you in the room.

Every session is designed to feel like a safe conversation — not a performance review.

◎
You set the agenda

Tracy builds from your responses and your goals. This isn't a generic curriculum — it's built around where you are and where you want to go.

◈
Honest conversation

Expect direct but warm feedback. Tracy will ask questions that push you to think differently about how you show up — and why.

◇
You leave with something

Every session ends with one clear, actionable takeaway — something specific you can work on before the next time you meet.

Your Pre-Session Preparation

Before you walk
through the door,
meet yourself here.

Complete all three parts below — your goals, your reflections, and your video. Tracy will review everything before Friday.

Part One
Your Top 3 Goals

What do you most want to walk away from this program with? One goal per line — as specific as you can. These become your compass for the next 6 weeks.

Part Two  —  Reflection Questions
Question 01
Select all that apply. These help Tracy understand where to focus her energy with you.
Question 02
It can be recent or from the past. A meeting, a presentation, a conversation. Don't overthink it — just be honest.
Part Three  —  Your 60-Second Video
Before & After — Core Program Component
Record yourself before we begin.
It's the most important thing on this page.

At the end of this program, you'll record another 60-second video. The difference between the two is your story — it's how you'll see your own growth, and how Tracy will share what this program can do for others. This first video is just you, right now, being honest about where you are and what you're hoping for. No performance required.

Your Prompt
"My name is {{ep_client_name}}. Right now, when it comes to executive presence, here's where I am — and here's what I hope to feel differently about in 6 weeks."
☀
Find a window and face it. Natural light is all you need.
◎
Hold your phone at eye level or slightly above. Don't look up into the camera.
◈
One take is perfect. Real and unrehearsed is exactly what we want.
Accepted file types: mp4, mov, m4v, Max. file size: 300 MB.

Your goals, reflections, and video go directly to Tracy and Alexis. Tracy reviews everything before Friday so she arrives fully prepared for you.

Executive Presence Coach
Executive presence isn't something you either have or you don't. It's a set of skills — and every skill can be learned. I've spent 40 years commanding rooms. Now it's time to teach you how to do the same.
