In January, James Oley began looking for a job using the national job search engines and realized finding a job could be a lot easier if there was a website for local job openings, so he came up with an idea to help people like himself. That idea has now turned into a user-friendly website-www.phillyjobfest.com, which just launched last week and is designed to help local people find jobs in our area.
