Buying a new car? You could be eligible for a tax break even if you are from Delaware. The Obama Administration announced yesterday that for states without sales tax, the document fee for registering a title on your new car will be tax deductible. To qualify, there are some income requirements and the car must be purchased between February 16, 2009 and January 1, 2010.
