Peco to Launch Energy-Conservation Efforts

GM to Assume Liability for Future Product Claims, but not Existing Claims

GM has agreed to take responsibility for future product liability claims. As part of its government-backed restructuring plan, they plan to sell the bulk of their assets to a new company and leave behind unprofitable assets and other liabilities like product-related lawsuits. iPhone 3GS in High Demand

Apple’s iPhone 3GS is clearly in high demand- the “availability widget” on their website shows red “sold out” lights for selected 3GS models in all but six states. More Proposed Budget Cuts in PA

The Rendell Administration proposed to cut funding for 47 state run or subsidized programs to make up for the budget deficit. Delta to End Service Between Philadelphia and Boston
